FOCUS: BE THE EXAMPLE YOU WANT FROM OTHERS

Every human being is made up of three categories of individuals, those who are looking up to you (your subordinate) those who are at the same level with you (your contemporaries) and those whom you look up to (your mentors) as it is said that “a success without a successor is a successful failure,” As we grow in life we are being built by the experiences we gather from various encounters we have with people whom we meet and as a vehicle carrying a tank full of water cannot move without a droplet of water on the ground so we are all expected not to live without making lasting impact to lives around us.
At every stage in life you have something to offer somebody irrespective of your educational background and qualification. As much as you want to get connected to those you see ahead so also, those who are behind you are trying to get connected to you, it might be that getting connected with those who are looking up to you is all you ever needed to get connected with those ahead of you. Bishop David Oyedepo has been a spiritual father to countless number of pastors today, no wonder he has become a great beneficiary of the grace of God on some heavyweight apostles of our time.
Sometime ago, God told him that he had become the Hagin of Africa, if you are conversant with Hagin’s style of teaching then you will know that indeed, he’s the Hagin of Africa. God also told him before he went into full time ministry that “I will not have you go the same way like others, send for my servant E.A Adeboye to lay hands on you” and after that encounter, the spirit of wisdom took residence in him. Don’t look down on what God has put in you, somebody is in need of it to rise, be open and free to relate with anyone. Iron can only be sharpened when it sharpens another iron. You are the solution to a man’s affliction. May God give us understanding in Jesus name.
